General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the g777 app platform, accessible at g777-app.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. g777 app is an internationally operated online casino and sports betting platform serving English-speaking players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a g777 app account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period in which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or automated entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of g777 app, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from g777 app or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Age Verification

g777 app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any internationally recognised authority. If a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe, g777 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to be registered to or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to such an account will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) active g777 app account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g777 app employs technical and manual procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated through a duplicate account will be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You undertake to update your registration information promptly should any of it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g777 app login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. g777 app will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify g777 app immediately at [email protected]. g777 app recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings immediately after your first login. SMS-based 2FA sends a one-time verification code to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number whenever a login is attempted from an unrecognised device.

Account Name Matching

The name on your g777 app account must exactly match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using a payment method registered to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request where the receiving account name does not match the g777 app account name may be delayed, declined, or subject to additional verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on g777 app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on g777 app is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit specified, however g777 app reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security, anti-fraud, or responsible gaming purposes at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your g777 app account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. g777 app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or mobile financial service (MFS) outages.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. g777 app reserves the right to return any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party account and may suspend the receiving g777 app account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets typically process within 30 minutes during business hours, subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. g777 app does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or MFS provider may apply their own charges.

Before processing your first withdrawal, g777 app may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Currency & Conversion

g777 app operates exclusively in BDT (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals for players in Bangladesh. If your payment provider applies a foreign exchange conversion on their end, g777 app has no control over and bears no responsibility for the resulting rate or fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

g777 app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus is available to a new player once only. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating a duplicate account — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the individual promotion. Some game categories (e.g., certain live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• g777 app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, it remains subject to its applicable terms until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus expires.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, g777 app reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play) prior to processing the withdrawal.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on g777 app, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market.

You Are Strictly Prohibited From:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a technical error are considered void and will be removed from your account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity. g777 app complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographical location.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the g777 app platform.
• Transmitting any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any communication feature on the platform.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any breach of the user obligations set out in this section will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed breaches may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the appropriate Bangladeshi law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

g777 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate or secondary account associated with the same player.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• At the player's own request, including via a self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your g777 app account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed to the original payment method. Accounts closed at the player's voluntary request (not related to responsible gaming self-exclusion) may be re-opened upon request, subject to re-verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may apply for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion closes the account for a defined period or permanently, during which the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. g777 app will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month to cover administration costs. The dormancy fee will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g777 app, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

g777 app makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including server outages, connectivity interruptions, or software errors — during an active game session or live betting event, g777 app will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Bets placed during a verified technical failure may be voided and stakes returned at g777 app's discretion. The platform is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Third-Party Services

g777 app relies on third-party providers for game content (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processing (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), and infrastructure services. g777 app is not liable for service disruptions, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers, though the platform will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of any such disruption on players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the g777 app platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audio — is the intellectual property of g777 app or its respective third-party licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from g777 app.
